- Project Title: Spatio-temporal dynamics of arboviral diseases in Brazil in a changing climate
- Duties includes:
  - Jointly modelled Dengue and Zika Virus Diseases under Bayesian framework using Integrated Nested Laplace Approximation (INLA) on High Performance Computing cluster (HPC)
  - Collaborated with colleagues in the University of São Paulo for data collection, and subsequent interpretation and dissemination of the results
  - Processed climate and geographical data obtained from satellite imagery via Google Earth Engine
- Supervisor: Dr. Monica Pirani and Prof. Marta Blangiardo
